Timeline/Status Update

Due to delays in required maintenance work needed to obtain building permits, our anticipated operational date has been updated to January 2027. We appreciate your patience and will continue to share updates here as they become available.

Waitlist

Due to limited capacity, spots will only be available for children born between 2017 and 2021 (Kindergarten to Grade 4). Children with birthdates outside these years will not be accepted.

Placement

All waitlist applicants received by October 4th, 2026 will be entered into a randomized lottery for initial placement spots. Offers will be made based on the results of that process, with priority placement considerations included (e.g. siblings).

Due to limited space, our program will only be able to care for children in Kindergarten through Grade 5, as capacity doesn’t allow us to extend care to Grade 6 or 7 students. For this initial placement period specifically, we are not accepting Grade 5 applicants, considering the short window of potential care and to give us time to ramp up to full operations for the following years. 

All eligible families will be notified of status by October 13th, 2026.

Program Fees & Hours

Program fees will be no more than $335/month. This includes before and after school care from 7:30–9:00 AM and 3:00–6:00 PM on all instructional school days, as well as full-day care (7:30 AM–6:00 PM) on professional development days. Final fees are subject to approval from the Ministry of Education and Child Care once our child care license has been obtained.

Winter, Spring & Summer Break care are not included and are separate registration and fees.
