The Vancouver Public Library (VPL) hosts many free events and clubs for all demographics. Check out the Parent-Child Book Club for kids in intermediate grades. They’re a great way to spend time with your kids to discuss books and develop and share your love for reading. And, if you’re interested in japanese paper-folding, try the Origami Club for Kids and Adults for an afternoon of fun every fourth Saturday of the month at the Fraserview Branch. Look at the VPL Calendar for more details on more club/event offerings as well as locations and dates/times (remember to choose “children” in the audience bar).
